OOC PERMISSIONS
Player: Lausanne.
Preferred Contact:
Usual tagging times/pace: MST (Canada), usually evenings and late night. Pace is moderate, but depending on schedules I may slow down. There is usually ample warning given for this.
Backtagging: Yes.
Fourthwalling policy: Only if the situation calls for it (ie. Memes or you're Deadpool), or you can ask if it's something pertaining to your character.
Action vs. Prose: No preference. I'll follow your lead.
Offensive Subjects & Triggers: Fairly good with most things. Just ask.
IC PERMISSIONS
Physical Violence: Only if it is situationally appropriate, or it's something previously discussed.
Mental Information: Sherlock is certainly an interesting specimen. Empaths and telepaths are welcome to pick up on his life, such as a traumatic childhood event or loneliness or his boredom, but as a rule he tries to make himself hard to read. Feel free to ask and I'll probably say yes!
Physical Affection: Sherlock is not physical. John Watson is the only one who can be openly affectionate, and even that might be met with hesitation. That said, your character IS welcome to go for it, but please do not expect it to be well received.
IC Triggers: Nothing notable. You should be fine!
Relationships: All relationships will be slow coming, regardless of if they're romantic or platonic. In rare cases, Sherlock may develop a fondness if your character presents traits that he seems to be drawn to in people, but please do not take it personally if he doesn't warm up quickly.
Are you interested in participating in the game's smut opt-ins? It's possible, but this is VERY situational and probably won't happen without the help of the occasional smut prompt that might be funny, or without a lot of CR built up.
If yes, please state your preferences: Open, because it will be dependent on a lot of things. Similar ages or older.
POWER-SPECIFIC AND/OR SPOILER PERMISSIONS
Sherlock is, famously, known for being able to read people at a glance. For the sake of this, I'll likely be looking into your character's canon/history, reading your apps, etc. for him to pick up on things.
Please let me know if your character is not easily read: If your character is a spy, a superhero who is very adept at hiding their secret identity, or has a canon history of being hard to figure out, I'll respect that and have Sherlock find it difficult to figure out what's going on. He knows he misses things, so I'm fine with working around that or playing with it if you have some ideas.

Sherlock will probably be able to pick Ramsay out as what people today would call Anti-Social-Personality-Disorder (which is like a psychopath, but with less impulse control). I'm down for Sherlock to figure out his backstory too!

Oh! And obviously she's vintage af. Still wears her hair '40s style, etc. And also: she wears this pendant on the reg. Nothing special about it, but it's the Carter family crest, which he'd likely recognise.

Diamond might either be a little harder oorr super easy for Sherlock tbh. They're not human and have never been around humans, so everything is based on what they've learned from Sensei, but at the same time they've never had or needed much of a reason to hide (much) of their true feelings or anything. They're pretty open and honest and will probably cheerily tell Sherlock anything he wants to know about them, simple because ti wouldn't occur to them to ever like, not do that?
Just know that Dia IS from the latest manga chapter so there'd be some spoilers there if you delved in deep, but if you don't care about that then go for it.
Mipha meanwhile is a princess and carries herself like one, but she's also a walking talking fish so. Fun. She's also a warrior and genuinely kind and selfless. And if any natives punch Sherlock in the nose she'll heal him right up w/her magic as need be lmao. But generally Mipha's calm, collected, and patient so it'd take a LOT for him to actually rile her up (and regardless she'd still heal him, bc that's what healers do dammit).

She can be a Mean Girl but it's def closely tied to her feeling like the least favorite child and her home life in general. She outwardly had a lot of self-confidence/bravado but it's largely to cover up her insecurity about being disliked by people (her family) and her sexuality. So you know, easy peasy stuff for Sherlock.

I'm definitely okay with Sherlock noticing that something is off/missing, but not quite guessing what Eggsy is just yet.

What will be most fun with both Ramsay and Enjolras is the era differences/general cultural differences. Sherlock won't be able to take those into account as easily so some things might be off which is fun fun fun.
