[el nysa permissions]

OOC PERMISSIONS

Player: Lausanne.

Preferred Contact: [plurk.com profile] fritzwinky or PM - feel free to friend me, as long as you let me know/your profile says you're in game.

Usual tagging times/pace: MST (Canada), usually evenings and late night. Pace is moderate, but depending on schedules I may slow down. There is usually ample warning given for this.

Backtagging: Yes.

Fourthwalling policy: Only if the situation calls for it (ie. Memes or you're Deadpool), or you can ask if it's something pertaining to your character.

Action vs. Prose: No preference. I'll follow your lead.

Offensive Subjects & Triggers: Fairly good with most things. Just ask.

IC PERMISSIONS

Physical Violence: Only if it is situationally appropriate, or it's something previously discussed.

Mental Information: Sherlock is certainly an interesting specimen. Empaths and telepaths are welcome to pick up on his life, such as a traumatic childhood event or loneliness or his boredom, but as a rule he tries to make himself hard to read. Feel free to ask and I'll probably say yes!

Physical Affection: Sherlock is not physical. John Watson is the only one who can be openly affectionate, and even that might be met with hesitation. That said, your character IS welcome to go for it, but please do not expect it to be well received.

IC Triggers: Nothing notable. You should be fine!

Relationships: All relationships will be slow coming, regardless of if they're romantic or platonic. In rare cases, Sherlock may develop a fondness if your character presents traits that he seems to be drawn to in people, but please do not take it personally if he doesn't warm up quickly.

Are you interested in participating in the game's smut opt-ins? It's possible, but this is VERY situational and probably won't happen without the help of the occasional smut prompt that might be funny, or without a lot of CR built up.

If yes, please state your preferences: Open, because it will be dependent on a lot of things. Similar ages or older.

POWER-SPECIFIC AND/OR SPOILER PERMISSIONS

Sherlock is, famously, known for being able to read people at a glance. For the sake of this, I'll likely be looking into your character's canon/history, reading your apps, etc. for him to pick up on things.

Please let me know if your character is not easily read: If your character is a spy, a superhero who is very adept at hiding their secret identity, or has a canon history of being hard to figure out, I'll respect that and have Sherlock find it difficult to figure out what's going on. He knows he misses things, so I'm fine with working around that or playing with it if you have some ideas.

We've already hashed this out in a lovely way but for posterity's sake — Peggy plays it cool and casual, but Sherlock is absolutely free to pick up on her military background, especially since so much of it is clear simply in her bearing. (Just like John!) She scans a room when she enters it, keeps her back to the wall and eyes on exits when seated in public, all the tidy little hallmarks of someone who's cautious and observant in her own right. A good chunk of her CR knows she's a damn good shot and can fight, but she doesn't necessarily say she'd served in active combat (brushes it off as her brother showing her a few things); Sherlock, however, can probably be aware she's downplaying her abilities, amongst other things. And then........ and then. You know. /points at eyes, points at u

Oh! And obviously she's vintage af. Still wears her hair '40s style, etc. And also: she wears this pendant on the reg. Nothing special about it, but it's the Carter family crest, which he'd likely recognise.
